We were honored to be a part of Callie and Santiago’s wedding day this fall. This sweet couple had their ceremony and reception at The Mill at Plein Air in Taylor MS. Their reception was catered by Elizabeth Heiskell Catering who’s menu featured a variety of delicious dishes, including Ecuadorian chicken and cheese empanadas, delicious pulled pork sliders, and tender beef tenderloin. To top off their great buffet, there was a full doughnut bar (included flavors: butterscotch, chocolate glazed, and maple bacon!!) and a stunning cake by The Flour Garden. Guests were entertained throughout the night, starting with the salsa band at cocktail hour and ending with light-up hats and glasses on the dance floor. To close out the night, the two were sent off by all their friends and a colorful array of confetti cannons!
